HHA LAUNCHES NEW WEBPAGE: Ice Chips Gets a Remake

Welcome to the new Ice Chips, a new webpage devoted entirely to the Hill Hockey Association (HHA). This page, designed, written and maintained, by and for the HHA, creates a proprietary interactive communications center for HHA members to promote Hill Hockey—past, present and future.

Here at Ice Chips, we will give you features, news, scores, photos, an archive, reminiscences, and a Coaches’ Corner—all regularly updated—to keep you tied into the best athletic tradition you were ever a part of.

In addition, we introduce The Locker Room, an interactive forum so you can catch up with your teammates, trade tall tales, reminisce or bitch and moan. We don’t really care as long as you join in.

Register and take a spin through the site. We really hope you like it and if you don’t, tell us and we’ll implement your ideas. HHA members who register will receive a nifty hat or t-shirt so don't delay. (See announcement in the next panel)

Ice Chips, originally the news page for the Hall-Eccleston rink fundraising effort, became the voice of the fledgling HHA, which sprung up in the wake of the fund raising effort. Seeking to make the page easier to update and manage, and to provide an interactive element, we called on Stan Frantz and Don Lewis, both Class of 1971 and the geniuses behind the much vaunted Class of ’71 Webpage. Following their success on similar webpages for the Classes of ’58 and '59, they’ve worked their magic again for this althletic alumni subset. We expected no less from them.
